The harbour side of man island has some good shallow spots on the left side of the island up near the mangrove areas where there are all lot of anenomes, sponges small fish and in deeper water there are some good size soft corals. The flats in the Harbour just off the southern part of HI have lots of starfish and sea biscuts. Both of those spots are good when the ocean is rough and most anywhere on the devils backbone is a good spot on a calm day, just be careful where you anchor not to damage any coral or sea life.Hope that helps.
