New this year [translation: they finally got their house built] winter resident Don Savage [35+ years with IBM] is on Harbour Island for several months a year now, and manages the computer center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons, opening at 4 o'clock. Otis Johnson manages the place on Saturday afternoon, from 4-8:00p. If you'd like to schedule a class while you're on the island, please e-mail brilandcomm@batelnet.bs to add your workshop to the calendar. Whether you can teach someone how to write a letter or offer a class in HTML web design, any and all efforts are very much appreciated.
Thanks to everyone who continues to support the center with their gifts of time, furniture, software, hardware, paper and other amenities ... the adults and teenagers who are using the center on a regular basis very much appreciate it.
