Easy for someone off the island to say. Sometimes the local money is not so good you know. Do you know how many folks with second houses on the island ship all of their food in from the States instead of buying at local groceries and harware store? I have been on so many ferry boats that have to make pit stops at private home docks to offload food supplies, hardware and supplies being brought in from the States so that the owners could save a few bucks. Support the local economy, and the local economy will not have to rely on cruise ship day trippers from other islands. Support us, we will support you any how.
