Coralwave launches new site

Prospective and current customers now have even more reasons to visit CoraiWave.com, Cable Bahamas
announced today. With added customer support content, extensive product information and a new
easy-to-use online sign-up feature, the revamped web site has become the centre point for the company's
broadband Internet products.

David Burrows, director of marketing and pay-per-view at Cable Bahamas, said that CoralWave.com has
become even more important as the company has expanded its Internet service into the Family Islands.
"Renovating the CoralWave web site is kind of like opening a new office for Cable Bahamas," Mr Burrows
said.

"It's open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you can get there from any computer, anywhere in the
Bahamas or the world," he explained, "and you don't have to stand in line or wait your turn. You can sign up
for CoralWave right on the web site, request a quote for our business Internet solutions and get answers to
your questions before and after you get CoralWave installed."

Burrows said that within the first few days of the site's re-launch new subscribers from Abaco, Eleuthera,
Grand Bahama and New Providence took advantage of the convenient online registration feature. "It's
already been a huge success and really streamlines the process for interested subscribers," he said.

Mr Burrows noted that the site contains detailed answers to frequently asked questions, downloadable user
guides and brochures, an easy log-in section to check CoralWave e-mail, and a place where CoralWave Geo
and CoralWave Lite subscribers can quickly check their current usage statistics.

CoralWave.com also features a newly-expanded security section. Parents can get advice on protecting their
children online, users can learn about defending against Internet viruses, and links are provided to free
online security resources.

Subscribers and potential customers can review the terms and conditions for CoralWave and read the usage
policy for the service. There is also an extensive contact listing including relevant phone and fax numbers
and e-mail addresses.

Mr Burrows made it clear that the web site will continue to evolve as customers' needs change and grow
over time. "The essential design of the new CoralWave.com allows us to quickly adapt as our subscribers
demand it. We can provide more answers, more details and more support without having to start from
scratch." Burrows also noted that future developments may include live online support, the ability to accept
online payments, live web cam images from various islands around the country and broadband options like
streaming audio and video that CoralWave unlimited users can take advantage of with the high speed and
capacity that CoralWave provides.

The newly designed web site is currently online and accessible at http:l/http://www.coralwave.com.
