: : Someone needs to look into what this will do to all the fishing in the whole area of the bay. Is this area a nursery for the whole bay? How will they handle the septic? Will the trash put a burden on the present system? What will it do to the present to the present use of the flats by everyone? Does the law and the constitution allow Crown Lands to be leased for these purposes. Do they need to file an environmental impact statement. These and many more questions need to be answered before any lease should be granted. I don't know the law there but a smart lawyer should be able to tie this up in the courts for years.
