It's not even a racist idea really beacuse white and brown and red people all over the world are either keeping their land or selling their land. on Eleuthera, see the Stuarts holding on to their farming acres and Burt Sawyer keeping his property and building market after market after market all over Briland and eleuthera. They know to hold on to the land, that the land will last longer than anything else money can buy besides health m aybe and even then.
