Hi, my name is Tavar Sawyer and I am a member of the Town Council here on Harbour Island, something that really disturbes me; Why is it that people like Tony Shogan could come and do what ever he chooses, his son is now operating a water skiing company without a licence. Would you call this fair? No it is not! So now we wonder why people make noise. But why do we just sit back an let this things go on, I have been told by a few of my supporters that a man made beach has been built out of the bed rock, the rock was violently cut away from the enviornment. This is so bad, I ahve been told that the property is owned by famous super model Elle McPherson, I have seen the beach, I just hurt me so bad to see what some people is capable of doing just for the value of money.
The Local Government Council along with caring citizens of this community will not allow such terrible things to continue, yes we welcome all of you to come and make a home away from home on Harbour Island, so let us not don waht we want, when we want. Let us keep Briland the jewel that it is.
