I agree that land is an extremely good investment and also one of the smarter investments one can have. Nevertheless, 60 acres is still a tremendous amount of property for one man to claim he has purchased. We all know that Brown owns this land and bought it but no one has affirmed what legal process he had to encounter to obtain this large sum of land. Another question is "How is it that he was given preference to this land and no one else." The natives or any other interested person, for that matter, could not have been given preference because they are all having to purchase this land from Jeffrey Brown. Or maybe there is someone else that owns 60 acres of property that has not yet decided on putting it up for sale. Could there possible be that much land there that hasn't already been claimed by Jeffrey Brown???????

: Brown owns sixty acres, which is not exactly half the island. Land is a good investment, as it always improve in value.
