if riders years ago had been responsible drivers, no one would have an issue with their use today. briland does not need more help on the bayside or the oceanside. we've already lost most of the conchs and starfish on the bayside thanks to pollution. who wants to hear these things roaring around, wondering who they'll hit next. you don't have anyone supervising their use, so why bring them in? should we take a poll?
