If you are looking at it thyat way, then we should ban all watercrafts, boat, jet skis, exspecially desiel engines, (dive boats, bahamas Fastferries, yachts, sailboats that burn desiel genorators, etc.)How many personal water crafts are there in Brilang, regestered and non regestered, I say 10. Palm Grove 2/3, Elle 2, the house between Palm Grove and Mrs. Pyne 2+ a jet boat, Jerry ????, Tony (TNT) 1, Jerry's nephew 1. Theres more boats than PWC. They are already here so they just needs to be regulated.
