I don't know if a comment from a foreigner is welcome, but I'll offer one anyway. I live in Canada, and my advice to you is to ban completely these obnoxious machines. They will destroy your peace and tranquility, and will be next to impossible to get rid of once they are established. Many of our wonderful northland lakes that used to have only the sound of canoe paddles breaking the surface of the water now have these machines roaring by, terrifying wildlife, humans, and destroying nature and the environment. GET RID OF THEM!!
