More lives was lost in automobiles, why not ban then. If I am interested in water sports and decided to purchases a PWC, I obey all of the regulations, insurance, registations, and operationing the craft well off of the shore line, why should I have to suffer for the giulty (Alex, Jerry, and Palm Bay crew), WHY. Just be responcible for your action.
