We were saddened to hear that Mr. Joe Barr passed away on Harbour Island. Joe was a real craftsman, who could not read or write, but who could build anything you wanted or could imagine, just by your drawing or your imagination. Harbour Island has lost a truly gentle soul and a friend. We will miss you, Joe. God bless his family and his many friends. You were a REAL representative of Harbour Island, home of friendly people. Joe was originally from Andros, but came to Harbour Island to help the people rebuild their homes after Hurricane Andrew. God bless and keep you. We will miss you. Jim & Judie Reynolds
