The deed covenants in Triana Shores read: 10."Nothing shall be done on any lot of land in the said subdivision which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the owners or occupiers of adjoining lots or land in the said subdivision."
: With regard to the speculation that this may just be another "coconut telephone" rumor; let me say that after 22+ years of spending time on Harbour Island and 5 years of home ownership as well as my wife being an almost year round resident I know better than to put a rumor in print. One of the two owners of Anchor house who were unwillingly "sold out" by the majority has been in direct communication with the purchasers. They have elaborated on the plans to enlarge the dock and dredge to handle the Reef Chief and make Anchor house staff quarters while Bay Watch will be the "additional housing" and the dock there expanded to accomodate visiting yachts. There are ten properties between the airstrip and South Bar. Some are larger than others but picture Harbour Island with ten or twelve of these monster yachts lining the bay. When we are ready to move on we would have little choice of buyers for the property other than another yacht owner looking for a parking space. If you feel this massage is a bit passionate think how you might feel if you saw your dream home becoming a nightmare.
