Ms. Rika at Runaway is first all the way, especially when it comes to baked fish of any type and her dreamy desserts!!
I'd vote second for the Landing's chef from Australia, whose name I can't remember (is it Jenny?), but she's not Bahamian!
The folks at Arthur's deserve special mention for their breads and other pastries.
The folks at Dunmore Beach make gorgeous food, but it doesn't have much to do with Bahamian traditions or influences.
There's so much good cooking on the island
