We were so excited that we found a place, put a deposit down, and made arrangements to take time off from work and rent in the States to finally get some good long quality time on Briland.. our home away from home for 25 years, and a place we are wanting to spend much more of the time of our lives. Today we were notified that the women who took our deposit and guaranteed us a place to stay have decided they are not going to rent to us for PERSONAL reasons, which basically seem to be that they are renting to someone else instead. We are so dissapointed, and frustrated, and well, we NEED to find a place because all of our arrangements have been made to be there this summer... and besides we can not wait to get back. If anyone has a rental available, knows anyone, can talk to anyone... please!!! let us know! We need at least two bedrooms, and we will have 2 dogs with us. Of course we would prefer something either with a great breeze or A/C for the summer time! We have plenty of references, and though our budget is somewhat limited we would like to hear from anyone with any suggestions... we are desperate... if you know of anything for any or all of the summer months please respond as soon as possible...
