Here is Election information from Sen. Fred Mitchells (PLP Fox Hill)web site fredmitchelluncensored.com:

ELECTION UPDATE: It is now clear that the PLP has swept the FNM from office after ten years. Returns are still coming in from the islands but the Nassau returns indicate that the PLP was won more seats in New Providence which includes the seats of Dion Foulkes and Tommy Turnquest, the putative leaders of the FNM.
Also known to have gone down to defeat at this hour are Deputy Prime Minister Frank Watson and Minister of Foreign Affairs Janet Bostwick, the first female Member of Parliament elected to office. Perry Christie, the leader of the PLP has summoned all supporters and candidates to Clifford Park for a victory address. This site will be updated again at 9.30am.
Senator Fred Mitchell has won in Fox Hill, apparently by more than a thousand votes over the FNM Juanianne Dorsett, reversing by a multiple of five the results of 1997, despite the gerrymandering of the boundaries. Mitchell is to address the throngs gathered on the historic Fox Hill parade at 9pm EDT Thursday 2nd May.
