I've always gone in mid until late October, and I always hear that so and so or such and such place will be opening the weekend after I will be gone. The latest I've gone home is Nov 3rd. This year, with November starting out on a Thursday, things may start to open up that very first weekend, but you should certainly be fine by the 10th. I would think that a 5th to 19th trip may be ideal, but I'd be more comfortable after hearing from Brilanders on the subject of what opens, when. Have fun! -Kelly
