We have visited Harbour Island many times and our favaorite time of the year would have to be late November (Thanksgiving). The weather is great, the water is warm and the island is "prepping" for the "in-season" to begin.The rates are lower as well. But, if you should decide to visit at any other time of the year I'm sure you'll find it enjoyable as well.
