Funny you should ask -- I ran into Carlos Malcolm [the Jamaican musician/entrepreneur who scored the early James Bond films in Nassau and produced many of the early calypso greats in the 50s like Peanuts 'Drumbeat' Taylor, Lofthouse, Joseph Spence et al. before doing some later studio work with Bob Marley and the Wailers] at a meeting two months ago being held at MP3.com in La Jolla, California. He's going to send me two of Lofthouse's masters so that I can digitize them for CD and MP3.
