Harbour Island - Coral Sands or Runaway Hill?????

My wife and I are planning a vacation in February. After some research, we are considering staying at Coral Sands or Runaway Hill. Sounds like we have some people on this board thathave some firsthand experience with the hotels. Could someone help with a comparison? I have heard good things about both places.
Also, what should we expect for climate that time of year?
