150 Slip Marina on Bonefish Flats

Does anybody have any information about the proposed 150 slip marina to be constructed on the bonefish flats north of the power plant, home of "the tree"? We hear through the grapvine that there will also be guest villas constructed on stilts over the flats. A Mr. Roberts who owns Bayshore Marina in Nassau is the supposed principal.
