Responding to the question asked by Joe Della Barba, I think Mr. Aranha may be speaking from prior knowledge, as he is a contractor himself. And to answer your question, those greedy/sleay real estate developers that you mentioned, they become racist when they start trying to deprive the black natives of land that has been rightfully given to us by the government. They become racist when they start protesting against black owned businesses and the areas in which they shouldn't be.
