So sorry to have to report that a great friend of Briland has passed on. Bill died on Good Friday in Arlington, Texas. He was always for the betterment of our island. Always willing to help in any way. Always helping the Harbour Island Day Nursery. I am so happy to have some of his wonderful paintings.
