The Briland Modem gave Bill a great opportunity to express his sense of community and interest in his neighbors. I believe Bill knew who all of his fellow-visitors were, and that he had an endearing ability to sense something he had in common with each one of us. In just a few e-mails from him, it was as if we'd known each other for years. And if Kimberly could have started this site up 10 years before she was born, we would have. This gentleman, Briland's newest loss, puts a new star in the sky above her.
