But years ago the Port Authority ruled NO jet skis, period. Other communities around the world have said the same thing. These things are loud and smelly and people never seem to know how to operate them safely. If Briland doesn't want them off their beaches, can't they just say so ... no matter WHAT cruising permit any boat has? These pwc thangs just hurt our reefs, dirty our water, scare our swimmers and are otherwise obnoxious.
