To the local authorities, are those personal water crafts and ski boats registered to operate in our waters, like the ferryboats and diveboats. If they are not, I recomend that you put your feet down and make sure that they are, and at the same time issue them the rule of boating here in the Bahamas. That should of been looked into by the local Port Authority.
