We just returned to what was once a peaceful neighborhood on Harbour Island after a 3 week absence. We were already not loooking forward to the big waves created by the controversial "Shogren boat" passing by or the rude music that now booms from the gigantic speakers on it. The "bad news" is that he eventually may not get that close to shore in our neighborhood because word ir "Reef Chief" is buying Anchor house and will extend the dock out another 70' (to 120') so the shoreline will be obstructed by this monster tied bow to the shore. My question : Is this "right" that an 80' lot in a residential subdivision should be home to a 120' boat. It's also going to be a monumental dredging project as the water is shallow
